Train with me for less than a Dollar a Day

These programs will be progressive on each other and follow a periodized model that’s designed to help you become more mobile, strong, stable and powerful than ever before, all while torching body fat and gaining some solid muscle. There’s no point in working out if it doesn’t look like you work out.

Before now, if you wanted to train with me, you would have to either fly to Edmonton, spend time with me directly, and look at forking out some significant money on a per-session basis. If that wasn’t an option, distance coaching would give you some more lee-way in terms of geography, but might still be a pricier option than you would want.
