So this past week has been fairly busy, what with training clients, recovering from what appears to be bronchitis, a deadlift contest gone wrong, and teaching a workshop in Calgary this past weekend. On top of that I proctored an exam on Saturday and have to get down to marking the exams. Some of them are just downright hilarious, and some make me want to start drinking heavily. At noon.
So today rather than blow your minds with some fancy schmancy anatomy talk or stuff like that, I wanted to share a few cool things that are going on.
First, my good friend Tony Gentilcore was kind enough to record a short video testimonial for me and for Post Rehab Essentials. Tony and I worked together earlier this year for about 2 months to get his low back less cranky and help him get closer to his goal of a 600 pound deadlift, and he made some massive improvements in spinal stability and control in a short period of time. He’s a hard worker and a great human, who apparently can also grow a beard by simply clenching hard.

Tim Ferriss just released a new book. As someone who has read both the 4 Hour Workweek and the 4 Hour Body, I was definitely curious in his take on the 4 Hour Chef, so I pre-ordered a copy through Amazon. I can’t wait to read it. He has a nack for telling stories, relating complex thought processes and doing research that would make a PhD balk. He’s also never afraid to get his hands dirty and fail if it means some info came out of it.

If you want to get your own copy, it’s available today through Amazon and SOME select book stores. I say some because a lot of the major chains like Barnes and Noble are boycotting it as it was published through Amazon, and it’s seen as somewhat predatory to have a book store publish their own books for distribution, and is threatening the status quo of the publishing world. I like an underdog story.

Lastly, I had a new article on T-Nation go live today. This one is all about building a booty, with the main selling feature being that women look at guys butts like guys look at womens chests. Skinny jeans be damned!!! If you’re a guy and you want teh ladiez, build a badonkadonk worthy of Serena Williams looking at you and saying “DAAAAAAAAAMN!”
That all for today folks. Have a great one, and I’m off to grade exams.
