Halloween is almost here everybody!!! HALLOWEEN!!!! Hooray!!!!! LOUD NOISES LOUD NOISES!!!!

I love Halloween. It’s one of my favorite non-holidays, right next to “Talk like a Pirate” day, but I’ve decided not to dress up this year. Why you ask? Because last year I dressed up like a demonic doctor, and I was the only mofo at work in any type of costume, so this year I’m gonna boycott it baby!! Take THAT everyone else but me! Yeah, I’ll bet you all feel really bad about yourselves for not dressing up once you see me in my normal gear! VICTORY IS MINE!!!!

I will however carve a number of amazing and incredibly creative Jack-o-lanterns in the tradition started last year. I got started last night with my first one, see if you can guess who it is…

I don’t know about you, but I think this is what Tony Gentilcore would have looked like in grade 10.

So now I have a serious issue I would like to discuss with all of you. One that is very dear to my heart, and makes me very upset at the mere thought of it

The Future took our dog to get a Halloween costume, then took his picture and posted it for all to see.

In case you’re wondering, he’s supposed to be an alien.

I’ve always felt this is a form of animal abuse. There are very few pictures of animals in costumes where they look like they’re thinking “This is soooo cool!!!!”

I have to confess.

I actually helped pick out the costume. I guess I’m enabling the abuse. It’s a disease. I need help. He does look super cute though. The truly sad reality is that he had more comments on his photo albumn than we got on our engagement photos. What does that say about us? You’re absolutely right: We’re definitely not cuter than an alien puppy. Not even close.
