Post Rehab Essentials: On Sale Today!!

I’ve been fortunate enough through my career to build a niche market working with clients who have musculoskeletal issues, many of them being referred to me by their doctors or physioterapists or chiropractors. This has helped me develop a referral generation system that has helped to keep me busy with minimal to no marketing efforts on my part, and has helped me to become the “go-to” guy in my city when it comes to training individuals who have some sort of injury restriction and want to get back to playing with their grandkids, walking up a flight of stairs, or even returning to competitive athletics at full strength.

To get here, it wasn’t an overnight transformation. It took a lot of hard work to learn about the different injuries and conditions I was seeing, researching the best ways to get the most bang for my clients’ training buck, and to help them without increasing their pain or dysfunction. To be honest, I’ve busted my ass for the better part of a decade to be able to consider myself as someone who is “good” at working with post-rehab clients.

One thing that still exists in the fitness industry is a knowledge gap between the majority of personal trainers and what the rehabilitation professionals want and need us to know in order to feel comfortable referring us their patients. As a result, not many trainers or strength coaches are able to capitalize on this growing segment of the fitness market and become a niche trainer in Post-Rehab.

Because of this gap, I began teaching my Post Rehab Essentials course to personal trainers within my company, and was able to have more of an active role in what the baseline level of knowledge and competency was for all trainers who would work with medical referrals coming into our gyms. This gave the referring medical professionals a lot more confidence knowing what the curriculum entailed and what the trainers were now comfortable working with. As a result, business exploded, not just in my club, but in all 20 locations. We now have at least one specialist in each location who can work directly with medical professionals to help their patients get stronger in a safe and productive environment.

The program was so successful, I recorded it and have now put it together to download and view at your leisure. The product contains 12 hours of video from the course, covering everything from common shoulder injuries to low back pain, hip and knee injuries, and also what to do with them. We go through the anatomy and biomechanics of how everything works, as well as how the injuries occur, plus what assessments to use to see if the person is ready to train or not, and how to use specific exercises to get the most return on the clients investment to get them back to pain-free and functional again. You can even download the videos onto your iPod, iPad, or whatever you use to view videos through a simple click.

There are 4 Video Sections:

Introduction:

  • Understanding why Post-Rehab is so important and how to get into this segment of the fitness industry, which is set to explode in growth over the next decade
  • How injuries happen, looking at inflammation, remodelling, and how you get stronger through the use of both passive and active modalities following an injury
  • when to begin training and when to refer out for follow-up treatment
Upper Quadrant
  • Outlines shoulder anatomy and biomechanics, plus the most common ways the shoulder gets injured, and the simplest ways to train the shoulder to PREVENT injuries from ever happening

Absolutely!! Let’s say you’re one of the many individuals who still works out through some nagging injury or painful body part. This workshop will cover a lot of different methods that you could use to see if you have any issues that may be leading to the problem, as well as outline a plan of attack you could use on yourself to get some relief, plus improve the quality of your workouts dramatically.
