Muscle Imbalances Revealed Reloaded

Today is a big day. Not only am I training a whack of awesome clients, but we’re re-launching Muscle Imbalances Revealed: Upper Body, with some new content and additional goodies. What’s new? Well for starters there’s a webinar detailing my top 7 Advanced Core Exercises. There’s also DVDs available, as well as CEC’s for all you trainers needing to top off your certifications before the end of the year. On top of this, we’re also giving a discount because we’re all in the giving mood this time of year.

In this package, you’re going to get the following presentations:

#1: Corrective Strategies for Athletes (And Meatheads Too) – Tony Gentilcore. Tony gives some insight into how they train their pro baseball guys as well as the average Joe looking to keep their shoulders healthy and dieseled out.

#2: Avoiding Common Programming Bloops and Blunders – Tony. Think programming biceps curls while standing on the bosu is an effective exercise? That sound was just me slamming my face into the keyboard, no big deal.

#3: Myofascial Training for the Upper Body – Yours Truly. There are more knowledge bombs in here than in all of the Cold War, baby!! This was one of the most talked about seminars on the series by a lot of really smart people, so it’s worth the price of admission by itself.

#4: Advanced Core Training and Conditioning – Me again. This was a webinar I put together to outline and show how I pick and choose core exercises for different clients, depending on whether they have low back pain or not and what they’re training for.

#5: Linking Breathing with Rehab, Training and Performance – Dr. Jeff Cubos. Breathing is one of those things we all take for granted, but what if you’re not getting optimal recruitment from your diaphragm compared to your scalenes, and what if only the left side is working at it’s peak? That affects way more than just how much fog you can create on a cold day.

#6: Picking the Right Soft Tissue Tool for the Problem – Dr. Jeff Cubos. You would hope a chiropractor would know a few things about different soft tissue manipulative modalities, and thankfully Jeff knows waaaay more than anyone else out there probably ever should.

#7: Unravelling Muscle Imbalances of the Shoulder – Rick Kaselj. The Godfather of Muscle Imbalances speaks. You should listen. He’ll make you a persuasive arguement on active mobility you can’t refuse.

#8: Neck Exercises for Prevention, Rehabilitation and Strength – Rick Kaselj. I have to admit most of the neck exercises I know I learned from playing rugby or from wrestling, so it’s good to have a new arsenal of cool exercises available for a few neck clients.

This product is also on sale for the rest of the week for 47% off the regular price. It’s definitely a sweet value and probably one of the best dollar values you’ll spend on your education from a couple of smart guys (plus me). Do yourself a favor and get your copy today by clicking HERE. Hurry as the sale is over soon.
