Muscle Imbalances Revealed Feedback

So yesterday was as solid of a day off as I could ever hope for. I went to the driving range, did some yard work, it was sunny and hot (not just warm, HOT!) which is always pretty fantastic considering it’s almost October in the northern-most metropolitan center in North America. I also finished editing another component for Post Rehab Essentials, cooked some dinner for the Missus and I (baked salmon with home-made tomato sauce with roma tomatoes from our own garden, thank you very much), and chased the dog around the yard for a few. Couple that with the new episodes of Simpsons and Family Guy, plus seeing some quality Michael Vick broken hand and it may go down as one of the all time greatest days off in EVER!!

It was made even better when I opened Facebook in the afternoon and found out that Eric Cressey had written a review of the presentations I did for Muscle Imbalances Revealed: Upper Body, and said some pretty cool and humbling things.

One such point he made that kinda made my jaw hit the computer desk was this little gem:

Dean did the best job of outlining a clear rationale for foam rolling that I’ve seen in the industry thus far – and did so in a very layman-friendly format.

Considering how many courses, seminars and workshops Cressey has taken, in addition to all the books and journal articles he’s read on the topic of fascia, this is pretty awesome.

Eric’s a great guy, and I’ve had the opportunity to talk with him through emails a couple of times, so for him to say I know what I’m talking about is a pretty fantastic thing indeed.

So today, instead of checking out my thoughts, I want you to all check out his thoughts, and click HERE to see what he said. For those interested, he’s also giving everyone who checks out his site a pretty sweet deal on Muscle Imbalances for the next 4 days, so hustle up and get on it now!!
