Because HTS is a package of files, it may be difficult to access them directly without secondary software, so here’s how you can access the program for free and with minimal tech expertise.

To unzip the product, you’ll likely need some software that can manage this for you. One of my favourites is the free and highly rated iZip Unarchiver.
