On Monday I put out a blog post about reflecting on my 2015, and had a super-secret contest at the same time. You see, if you subscribed to my email updates, you found out that if you commented on the post saying what you had accomplished in 2015, you would have a chance to win a Platinum edition of High Tensile Strength. If you weren’t subscribed? Well, you wouldn’t have known about it, and therefore wouldn’t be up to getting the chance for free stuff. There’s a simple solution to this: all you have to do is enter your email address in the box at the bottom of this post to get updates and stuff going forward.
So today comes part 2 of the contest, and where the 3 finalists get to put in some ground work.
My wife and I selected 3 commenters based on both merit and awesomeness to feature as finalists. Here they are:
So Shane Fitzgibbon, Karen Sears, and Brian Underwood; you’re all in the running for your free Platinum copy of High Tensile Strength. Here’s where you have to get involved.
What I want you to do, dear readers, is vote on who you think should get the victory in this one. The most comments and up-voteson this post will be the winner. In the event of a tie, I’ll do a coin flip to make it more random, best 2 out of 3. That or we can just go with whomever has the best deadlift PR. Either way it’s a good time.
So share the heck out of this post, get your friends and family to comment on this post in your favour, upvote all the comments, and whomever gets the most love during these holidays wins. Voting closes December 27th at midnight, est.
Speaking of stuff that ends at midnight on December 27th I’m running a Boxing Week Sale on 2 of my most popular products:
Post Rehab Essentials V.2.0 and Advanced Core Training.
Post Rehab Essentials V.2.0 is a 12 hour video seminar coving the basics and necessities to working with clients who have old and new injuries, when to work with them and when to refer out, and how to adjust common exercises to get the most benefit with the least chance of harm to those musculoskeletal issues. Until December 27th, it’s on sale for only $67 down from $127.
Advanced Core Training goes through the continuum of core training, from segmental stability to reactive speed and power, plus outlines how to use varied types of breathing to get the best benefit, whether your goals are to lift max weights, get more mobile, or punch harder than ever before. It’s a 4 hour video seminar, and is on sale for $67 as well, down from $97.
Both of these products come with continuing education credits for the professionals in the room who want to keep their certifications after January 1st, plus they each come with a money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the programs. They’re also both entirely digital download, meaning you don’t have to wait for shipping through the holidays.
Pick up some holiday viewing, and vote for your favourite commenter to get their free copy of High Tensile Strength. Oh, and don’t forget to sign up for the email updates so you know about any of the contests and free content coming up.
Have a very merry Christmas, and peace and love to you and your family, where ever they are. We adopted our newest dog Freckles one year ago, and I figured there’s no better way to end this post than with a picture of her wearing a pirate hat.
