Hopefully everyone had a restful and relaxing Christmas day if you were celebrating. I spent the day with my wife and dogs, doing as minimal as possible while eating as much as possible. We went to my sister in laws for the afternoon and evening where we had about 20 people eating dinner, doing a gift exchange, and watching 3 toddlers scream around with their Christmas toys. It was a great day.
You may remember I had a Turducken contest a few days ago, and whittled the winners down to 3: Sean St. Onge, Dave Dellanave, and Alex Centofranchi. The grand winner was chosen by votes through comments on the post, and it was a landslide win for Alex. Not only was he rocking these like they were his bedtime snack every night, but he did it while using background music comprised of Metallica played on violin. It was sick. Congratulations bud, you’re going to get a Core 360 bag, a Hylete shirt and shorts combo, a box of Quest bars, a Travel Roller, and an advanced copy of Foam Rolling 101.
Additional to this, I said I was giving a random commenter an advanced copy of Foam Rolling 101 as well, just for commenting. I chose the winner with a random number generator to make it as fair as possible. The winner is John Thomas Scott with the comment of “My vote goes to the guy who looks like he was actually born will basic motor skills….you know Mr. C. Plus Metallica rocks!!” Congratulations dude. I’ll send you an email when I have the final product ready to go. CONGRATULATIONS GUYS!!
So why the heck would I want to give away a whole bunch of stuff to random strangers who just read my blog? Well, because without all you reading this I wouldn’t be able to do some of the things I’m currently doing, like video products, live seminars across North America (and now Europe), writing for different online and print publications, and making some amazing relationships with great new friends. You guys and gals are the whole reason why I continue to do all this versus just eek out a life training clients and staying inside a comfortable little box. Because of that, I wanted to give back what I could and hopefully make it a great day for someone in the same way that you’ve made me writing this blog so great. Thank you everyone who is reading this.
Along those same lines, I wanted to tell you about a pretty massive sale on one of my first products which also features professionals like Rick Kaselj, Tony Gentilcore, Jeff Cubos, Mike Robertson, Bill Hartman, and a bunch of other really big names. Muscle Imbalances Revealed is a series of webinars that covers everything, from Lower Body to Upper Body, to Assessments, and even fun things like fascia. This package also contains the Spinal Health and Core Training Live Seminar with Rick, Tony, Jeff and myself filmed in Edmonton in 2012, and features stuff like this:
[embedplusvideo height=”365″ width=”600″ editlink=”http://bit.ly/1dFhGGc” standard=”http://www.youtube.com/v/2fzDw-vgQZ4?fs=1″ vars=”ytid=2fzDw-vgQZ4&width=600&height=365&start=&stop=&rs=w&hd=0&autoplay=0&react=1&chapters=¬es=” id=”ep2300″ /]
The ENTIRE package is on sale for 60% off. You’ll get more than an entire day (24 hours) of webinars and live video series with the full meal deal. However, if this is too much at once, you can get each of the individual packages for 40% off and still get some massive education and value for your dollar. You can also get continuing education credits to keep certifications active and ready to rock for 2014.
As an additional bonus to anyone who decides to get the full package, you’ll also get F. R. to the EEEE access to a Muscle Imbalances Revealed full-day Seminar in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada, with myself and Rick Kaselj. This is normally a $249 seminar, and you’ll get complimentary access, just for purchasing any package today.
This offer is good from now until December 29th, 2013 at midnight, so act on it quickly if you want to get your learn on and get some free seminar access. Who knows, we may even deadlift and crush some dinner together while talking fascia and making Family Guy references all day long.
Lastly, I mentioned earlier that I’m going to be hosting a seminar in Europe in March. Well, everything is set and I’m heading to London, UK for March 8-9, 2014 to give a 2-day intensive workshop on Post Rehab Essentials. The hosts are Ki Health Concepts, and we’ll be covering a whole tonne of information, application, assessment and strategies for attacking common issues you’ll see in the gym while still getting people to train like complete beasts.
I’m even adding some new information to make sure these days are packed with even more knowledge bombs than you could get anywhere else. I always strive to make my live events the best experience possible, so you know I’ll be bringing my A game.
Seats are filling up pretty quickly, and the early bird special is on until January 31st, so if you’re looking to come, you’d better look at registering as soon as possible.
Have a great day and enjoy any kind of break, vacation, down time, and if you’re not getting any downtime, hopefully you can have some fun along the way.
Have a great day!!!
