Tony Gentilcore and I have spent the past 18 months traveling throughout North America and parts of Europe (notably Prague and Oslo) teaching and adapting The Complete Shoulder and Hip Blueprint workshop to give attendees the best experience possible, while also improving the delivery of the information to make it the most impactful, practical, and outstanding experience of their professional lives.
We taught over 10 workshops, the last of which culminating in Oslo, Norway, and we filmed it with a professional videographer.
Even a little media coverage for a workshop in Minneapolis to round it out, plus highlighting my superior cat t-shirt.
What it is
This workshop takes viewers through the complete systems used by both of us to improve upper body and lower body function, strength, endurance, and resiliency.
We show you how to connect the dots between a thorough assessment, understanding what corrective strategies (if any) will work best, and how to build a training program to help you and your clients in the most direct way possible.
With 11 hours of digital videos we cover an entire day of shoulder and an entire day of hip anatomy, assessments, corrective options (if needed), and strength training elements, plus focus on some elements that are commonly overlooked in most programs to help make individuals more resilient to injuries, improve performance faster than ever, and get more from their workouts than they thought possible.
We’ve put Complete Shoulder & Hip Blueprint on sale for this week for $60 off the regular price. After this week it will be available for $197, but this week only until Saturday November 5th at midnight, it’s available for $137. There’s even continuing education credits available through the NSCA, which means it’s a solid investment for professional development.
Question: Do I have to be a trainer or physical therapist to get this series?
Answer: Nope, but it helps if you have a decent understanding of anatomical terms and landmarks so you can keep up with what we’re talking about. We have a mix of theoretical as well as hands on practical sessions, which makes it easier to “learn by doing,” so if you want to see some cool exercises and progressions, this will have a lot of that.
If you’re still wondering if you’d like it or not, here’s a short video of me running people through some integrated hip mobility training from the series:
I’m very proud of this workshop, and also how the videos turned out, and I know you’ll really enjoy them as well. Pick up your copy while it’s on sale, before the end of November 5th at midnight to save $60 and get your hip and shoulder learn on.
