Yesterdays post was more for the beginners in tha house, as well as for those with paper mache holding their spines together (like me), so today’s is going to be more for the athletes in the house, and those who would like to consider themselves athletic. Normally this would be done on the floor, but I got inspired after doing a pyramid set of bench press, and felt that I should keep my teeth in their original place.
