5 Flavours of Awesome Sauce for Your Weekend

This was kind of an interesting week. First, I had a few really kick-ass sessions with clients (well, that’s not unusual, but it’s still pretty cool), then I saw that Mike Reinhold, athletic director for the Boston Red Sox, posted a guest article I did for him on his website. Then I did a podcast with Mike Robertson, one of the top recognized strength coaches in North America (he’s even taken to calling me his BFF on Twitter. Borderline creepy, but cool none the less), and I had a new article up on T-Nation that I thought the editors had forgotten about me sending in. Seriously, I sent that like a month ago, but I’m glad they fit it in.

 

Top all this off with the fact that this Saturday I’ll be speaking at the Edmonton Canfitpro conference on building a vertically integrated business (crazy knowledge bombs for those chasing skrilla), and then the following day I’ll be in Calgary teaching a one-day Post Rehab Essentials workshop to a room full of eager trainers, and my week has been admin heavy.
