Coaching

Whether in-person or through online coaching, having a strength coach build your program is the difference between staying the same and getting better.

Obviously, training in person with me will give you the greatest chances of succeeding in any fitness program compared to not having me there to correct your technique, adjust weights, and make sure every single rep is as perfect as possible, but for those who don’t live in or around Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Distance Training may be the best option available.

For the cost of a week of training with an average trainer at your local gym (who is probably not nearly as cool as I am), you can train with me through the internet.

What does this mean?

Let’s face it, it’s always easier to get your workouts in when someone is telling you what do to, how to do it, and how much to do it, so having a trainer makes working out one less chore you have to worry about, and all you have to do is show up, follow the plan as it’s laid out, and get your swole on.

Following an extensive assessment, we (you and I) will determine which of your goals are most likely to happen right away and which ones will take a little more time, plus how to get to them without causing you to become completely crippled, and while also fixing any nagging issues that may be holding you back.

Ask yourself this: How much do you feel you get out of your current workouts?

Have you seen noticeable gains in size, strength, performance, or weight loss in the last few months? Have you felt like that nagging injury is getting better, worse or not changing at all? Do you feel on a whole better than you did 5 months or even 5 weeks ago?

Most people tend to stick to a program for waaaay to long, making it almost as routine as brushing your teeth before bedtime. Others jump programs every week, never focusing on any element, preferring to spin their wheels trying to do everything at once instead of seeing dramatic improvements in a select one or two areas. This leaves them upset, disappointed and looking for more of the same, or the new hotness from the latest issue of their favorite fitness magazine.

You deserve better than that.

Each workout you are given is YOUR workout, tailored to your needs, goals, limitations, and lifestyle, meaning you will see faster improvements than hopping programs or sticking to the same plateaued routine. When you do the workouts, if you have access to a video camera, I can offer technical feedback to make you even more effective in your workouts, and it would be like having me right there with you, encouraging, teaching, yelling at coaching you to get more out of each workout than previously thought possible.

For more information on coaching, drop me a line below by filling out the form, and we’ll get this party started.

Now I’m sure there are some reading this who just want information on what it involves (which I’ve provided), and some who just want to send me an email (thank you), but for those who have thought it through and are ready to get the ball rolling TODAY I’ll give you a breakdown of what it costs to do distance training.

I charge a flat fee of $229 Canadian per month for distance training, and have a minimum time commitment of 3 months. The first month includes a $35 administration fee so I can get through the assessments and stuff like that, and then we’re off to the races. Each month is going to get you an individualized program and full access to me with everything mentioned above (emails, videos, all that jazz). If this sounds good to you, click the button below and we’ll get rocking right away.
