Free Stuff for You: The Daily Grind

Today’s post is a quickie because I just wanted to give you something for free since you’re awesome.

You know how some mornings you wake up and feel like crap? You stumble out of bed all stiff and tight and sore, then it takes a shower, a gallon of coffee, and about an hour of being upright before you feel human? Don’t you just HATE that!!!??!?

I want to help out. I have a free 5 minute daily movement series to treat sort of like any of the daily activities you do, like brushing your teeth, putting on underwear, and getting groceries. The difference is doing this should make the rest of the day way better and help you not feel like a walking bag of fail either.

This is a simple and easy series you can do every day, even if you’re all done up in dress clothes, and won’t leave you wrecked or feeling like you did a workout. It’s just a simple way to move and can help you feel good for the rest of the day. Doesn’t that sound awesome?
